Camp will take place 3 times per ween and plan is as follows: WEEK 1: -------- 4th Jul: KITCHEN ESSENTIAL SKILLS (Olivier Salad, Potato Leak Soup) 5th Jul: BREADS (Challah, Pizza) 7th Jul: DESSERTS (Fruit Tart, Chocolate Mousse) WEEK 2: -------- 11th Jul: MAINS (Breaded Chicken, Panna Cotta) 12th Jul: MAINS (Fish & Chips, Tartare Sauce) 14th Jul: MAINS (Beef Burgers, Eton Mess) WEEK 3: -------- 18th Jul: INTERNATIONAL CUISINE/ JAPAN (Sushi Rolls, Wasabi Cream Brulee) 19th Jul: INTERNATIONAL CUISINE/ SPANISH (Chicken Paella, Tres Leche) 21st Jul: INTERNATIONAL CUISINE/ ITALY (Ravioli, Tiramisu) WEEK 4: -------- 25th Jul: BAKING (Sable’ Breton, Decorations) 26th Jul: BAKING (Red Velvet Cake, Cream Cheese Frosting) 28th Jul: BAKING (Chocolate Cupcakes, Butter cream Icing)
