    Get the skills of a professional in crafting and embellishing celebration cakes with ease!

    This 5-week program is tailored for novices and home cooks who wish to learn contemporary cake decorating methods such as fondant work, piping, and sugar flower artistry. Experienced chefs will provide guidance in a top-notch modern kitchen facility during the course.

    Course Outline: 

    Birthday Cake

    • Vanilla Sponge, 2 x color buttercream,Topping, Simple piping technique 

    Painted Cake 

    • Chocolate sponge, Fondant covering, Painting 

    Rainbow Cake 

    • Vanilla Pound Cake, Ombre Buttercream, Filled with candies 

    Naked Cake 

    • Cream cheese frosting, Red velvet, Assembled with real flowers 

    Chocolate Cupcakes 

    • Ganache filled, Fondant figurines, Piping techniques

    No prior experience needed

  • What's included

    All materials will be provided.  If a customer cancels a class less than 24 hours before it's supposed to start and wants to reschedule, an AED 150 fee has to be paid for ingredients.
