Discover the activity
Mini Master Chef is a children cooking program which will teach children a variety of basic and advanced cooking skills. Under the supervision of qualified chef's, children will learn how to measure & mix ingredients, user various kitchen equipment safely and cook a perfect dish. Course Plan is as follows:
- Class 1: Awesome Breakfast & Kitchen Skills Kickoff! (Baked Egg Muffins, Pancakes with Fresh Fruits and Cream)
- Class 2: Pizza Party: Shape, Bake & Taste! (Pizzas with Assorted Toppings, Butter Cookies)
- Class 3: Latin Fiesta: Fajitas, Guac & Sweet Treats! (Chicken Fajitas, Guacamole, Sour Cream, salsa Tres Leches Cake)
- Class 4: Mash & Magic: Savory & Sweet Fun! (Llapingachos, Roasted Chicken Breast, Peanut Sauce, Salsa, Sweets Empanadas.)
- Class 5: Burning Bites: Dumplings, Steam, Crunch & Dip (Steamed Dumplings with Asian Dipping Sauce, Breaded Chicken Strips with Honey Mustard Dip, Vanilla Crème Brûlée)
- Class 6: Italian Classics: Pasta, Sauce & Lasagna Bake! (Chicken Lasagna, Tomato Sauce, Spaghetti)
- Class 7: American Feast (American-Style Smash Burgers, Potato Wedges, Individual Apple Crumble)
- Class 8: Sweet Creations: Tartlets & Cupcake Fun! (Chocolate Tartlets with Fresh Fruit, Chocolate Cupcakes with Colorful Frosting)

Upon successful completion participants will receive SCAFA certificate attended by KHDA for a fee of AED 100 (optional)
