A structured culinary development program tailored for teens (ages 13–17) to master advanced kitchen techniques, knife skills, multi-course meal preparation, and classic international cooking methods under professional chef guidance.
What You'll Cook:
- Class 1 – Basic Food Hygiene: Food safety essentials, knife handling, kitchen hygiene, and practical food storage procedures
- Class 2 – Asian Street Food: Vegetable potstickers and chicken dan dan noodles with scratch-made noodles
- Class 3 – Bread Baking: Olive and herb fougasse, mini baguettes, and cinnamon swirl bread
- Class 4 – Levantine Chef: Cheese sambousek, beef kafta with flatbread made from scratch, and lemon tahini sauce
- Class 5 – Mexican Fiesta: Chicken tinga tacos with homemade tortillas, guacamole, and charred Mexican street corn
- Class 6 – Pasta Masterclass: Tagliatelle and mushroom ravioli made from scratch served with creamy alfredo sauce
- Class 7 – Pastry Masterclass: Shortcrust pastry from scratch for quiche lorraine and vanilla cherry bakewell tart
- Class 8 – Perfect Protein: Tuscan herb chicken, Japanese teriyaki glazed fish, and steamed jasmine rice
- Class 9 – Sauce Masterclass: French béchamel, fresh pesto sauce, and classic hollandaise

How Booking Works:
- Purchase the 10-class package on Pursueit.
- Partner will contact you to help choose dates (Class every Tuesday, 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM).
- Please make sure that you book your session 48 hours in advance

Cooking an Italian meal can be an incredibly rewarding and delightful experience. I really enjoyed the experience , very knowledgeable chef ,I enjoyed my time definitely coming back for more cooking lessons, if like Italian food definitely must try , clean and approachable staff.

Baking class was great! The chef was very helpful and friendly and made the experience super enjoyable. The recipes are difficult enough to impress but easy enough to be replicated at home, not to mention DELICIOUS! Would be great as a family outing or girls day out or even as a solo class.

Went to a few cooking/baking classes at Mamula. The classes are really good & a lot of fun 👍🏻. Professional staff and teachers and a really productive class. Looking forward to attend more cooking classes & other different enjoyable activities as well. Great learning experience. Will highly recommend it
