Whether you're learning to swim for the first time, returning to the pool after a break, or looking to improve your technique, our adult swimming classes with a female swimming coach offer a comfortable, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.

Conducted in a 25-meter pool, the classes focus on building water confidence, developing swimming techniques, improving breathing and coordination, and enhancing endurance — all tailored to your individual pace and ability.

What You'll Learn:
- Water confidence and essential water safety
- Swimming fundamentals and body positioning
- Breathing techniques and coordination
- Stroke development, including freestyle and backstroke
- Improving stamina, technique, and swimming efficiency

Check prerequisites

No prior experience is required. Our small-group sessions for females allow for personalized attention and structured guidance, helping you progress at your own pace, whether you're taking your first strokes or working towards swimming full laps.
Additional fees and materials
- Female coach , the pool is mixed
- Students are required to bring their own towel, swimsuit, goggles, and swim cap.
- A one-time registration fee of AED 49 applies and must be paid on the first day of the class.
Cancellation Policy Full refund for cancellation done by 25 Oct 2026, provided no sessions have been attended. Non-refundable thereafter.
