This break, give your young budding chefs the unique opportunity to learn Kitchen basics and cooking tips. This camp will be empowering your kids through cooking whether it be using their math skills in scaling or creativity in plating.
Week 1:
25th March / MONDAY (It's almost Easter)
Bunny ear bread twists, carrot cake muffins, turkey and potato crispy croquettes and easter whoppie pies
26th March / TUESDAY (Easter cookie feast)
Cream cheese and caramelized onion palmiers, herbed parmesan easter egg shaped cookies, double chocolate egg nests and carrot patch cream horns!
27th March / WEDNESDAY (Easter Brunch'n)
Chocolate orange scones with vanila icing and hash brown casserole, lemon and blueberry bunny shaped pancakes and easter strawberry punch
28th MARCH / THURSDAY (Bread Baking Masterclass)
Garlic and herb popovers, cheese stuffed rabbit buns, cinnamon bunny rolls and chocolate stuffed hot cross buns
29th MARCH / FRIDAY (Easter from around the world)
Italian sprinkle braided bread, Russian perogies with herbed yogurt sauce, Polish chocolate babka and Koulourakia (Greek butter cookies)
Week 2:
1st April / MONDAY (April Drools)
Baked rigatoni cake, tomato and nut free pesto upside down pastry, easter rice crispy clusters and carrot sheet pan cake
2nd April / TUESDAY (Brunch Buddies)
Chicken and mushroom cheesy Stuffed jacket potatoes, pull out pizza, muffins with dough from scratch and strawberry cheesecake cookies
3rd April / WEDNESDAY (Eggspectation)
Baked egg, bacon and cheese pie, savoury breakfast rolls witt bread from scratch and chocolate and banana pancake bites
4th April / THURSDAY (Farmhouse)
Making your very own bread dough from scratch to then make animal shapes: stuffed hedgehogs bread rolls, strawberry swirl snails, garlic bunny pull apart bread and vanilla custard buns
5th April / FRIDAY (Cupcake Masterclass)
Corn and cheese savoury muffins, s'mores cupcake, cinnamon dulce da leche cupcakes and a stuffed caramel with biscoff cupcake

Raised between Lebanon and the UK, Lama has always had a passion for cooking since the age of 4. Mamalu Kitchen was inspired by Lama's 3 boys and the desire to help fellow mothers and families simplify their day-to-day lives without having to worry about feeding their family fuss-free, healthy food. The first concept launched under the Mamalu Kitchen brand in 2016 was healthy cooking classes for nannies and housekeepers, with recipes offered in their native language from traditional Arabic c .. uisine to how to cook for the ultimate dinner party. That venture was shortly followed by cooking classes for mothers/children, schools, couples, corporations, and husbands. Mamalu Kitchen is creating a cooking movement under the slogan #feedingfamilies. By engaging every single member of the household/family and various members of the community to be involved and empowered by cooking, Mamalu Kitchen is enabling a lifestyle change in the region. This "cooking movement" is leading families to live healthier and happier lives.
