PursueIt is a leading platform that is created with the aim of helping you discover, explore and book classes and activities for adults and children according your preferred location, day, date and time preference. Our mission is to work with exceptional partners to help individual and families to discover classes and activities that can help enrich lives!

Customers can access our platform by downloading the “PursueIt” application from App store and play store. Partners can access the platform via www.pursueit.ae and clicking on Become Partner link.

Yes you can add your family members using the app by clicking on more option at the bottom right corner of the app and profile settings. You can also add a family member by clicking on the “+” sign on booking confirmation screen.

You can discover a class/activity by entering its name in search box or browsing through our different categories. Once you have found the activity as per your preferred location, day, time, date etc. that you want to attend, you can click on the respective option, review all details and click on book now button. In case there are no slots available, you can send us an enquiry by clicking on enquire now link.

After you book a class or activity, you’ll receive a confirmation email and the booking will appear under My Corner via the App. On click of the respective booking, you will be able view all details related to that booking.

You can share the activity / class related details with friends by clicking on “Invite Friends” link on explore screen or activity detail screen of the App. On click of the link, you will have the option of sharing the class/ activity via various methods including WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Facebook etc.

We accept all payment with most major and debit credit cards.

You can choose your payment method while making a booking. You can use an existing method, update an existing method or add a new method for making payment. Please note that in case you cancel a booking, refund if applicable, will be provided to the original payment method.

All bookings through PursueIt needs to be cancelled directly through your account via My Corner section of the app to ensure successful cancellation. You'll receive a cancellation confirmation via email and the class will appear as cancelled under My Corner section. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation, you have not cancelled. Please send an email to support@pursueit.ae with your booking and contact details.

Please do take a note of the cancellation policy while making a booking. After the cancellation deadline has passed, the booking will not be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

For rescheduling, you can cancel your current booking and make another booking that suits you. Before cancellation, we recommend that you ensure that spots are available for the alternate day/time that you want to reschedule the activity. After cancellation deadline has passed, rescheduling will need to done directly with the partner and subject to partner approval.

If by any means you want to change your password, just click on forgot password on the sign in page. You will receive a message at your registered email address with the details of how to reset your password.

Customers can join PursueIt free of cost by downloading the application and signing up using an email address, Facebook or google account. Partners can sign up using email address via become a partner link on the home page and providing company related details.
