Week 1 (3 days)
Monday, 16th March – Baking Basics & Sweet Treats
Mini vanilla muffins, rich brownies, and delicate crepes with pistachio cream and kataifi.
Tuesday, 17th March – Cookies & Savory Favorites
Chocolate chip cookies, quesadillas with chicken, cheese and bell peppers, plus fresh guacamole and pico de gallo.
Wednesday, 18th March – Cakes & Fruit Creations
Fruit skewers with chocolate, 3 leches cake, and classic carrot cake.
Week 2 (5 days)
Monday, 23rd March – Pizza Party & Sides
Homemade pizza with tomato sauce, garlic knots, and a fresh salad.
Tuesday, 24th March – Cupcake Decoration & Chocolates
Cupcakes with buttercream frosting, ganache stuffing, mendiants with dry fruits, and butter cookies with colorful glazing.
Wednesday, 25th March – Salads, Breads & Dressings
Chicken caesar salad with Caesar dressing, focaccia bread, and crunchy croutons.
Thursday, 26th March – Comfort Food Classics
Chicken burger, coleslaw, baked potato wedges, and mango mousse.
Friday, 27th March – Pasta & Chocolate Art
Colored pasta from scratch (green and red), ravioli with chicken white sauce, and mini chocolate soil with a Marzipan figures garden.
