This break, give your young budding chefs the unique opportunity to learn Kitchen basics and cooking tips. This camp will be empowering your kids through cooking whether it be using their math skills in scaling or creativity in plating.

Week 1:

30th June / MONDAY (Bread Baking Masterclass)

Learn to make bread from scratch with various shapes and designs; Herb and cheese rolls, mushroom and cheddar babka muffins, chicken alfredo pide and chocolate babka

1st Jul / TUESDAY (Summer Bash)

Chicken supreme sliders with buns from scratch, loaded crispy baked potato wedges and mini cookies’n and cream cheesecake bars

2nd Jul / WEDNESDAY (Mama Mia)

Bow tie pasta from scratch with pomodoro sauce, bbq chicken scrolls, toated ravioli bites and salted caramel stuffed bombolini

3rd Jul / THURSDAY (Everything Chocolate)

Guilt free chocolate chip and oat cookies, double chocolate zucchini muffins, chocolate chip cookie rolls and banana chocolate chip loaf

4th Jul / FRIDAY (Easter from around the world)

Krusty’s burger from scratch, the famous funfetti pink doughnuts, Bart’s rice krispie squares and Duff’s hot chocolate floats

Week 2:

7th Jul / MONDAY (Under the Sea)

Crab shaped crecent bread rolls, octupus shaped pizza with homemade dough, seashell clam cookies and beach bum cupcakes

8th Jul / TUESDAY (Bakers Buddy)

Beef bacon and tripple cheese pull apart bread, mini nut free pesto rolls, cookie butter scrolls and sugar and cinnamon bowties

9th Jul / WEDNESDAY (Asian Street Food)

Mushroom gyoza, chicken lo mein with noodles from scratch, twisted sugar and cinnamon donuts

10th Jul / THURSDAY (Over The Rainbow)

Rainbow bagels from scratch with cream cheese, tie dye cookies and rainbow swiss rolls with cream cheese frosting

11th Jul / FRIDAY (Bento cake Masterclass)

Bake your very own marble mini bento cake box cakes, along side American buttercream from scratch and edible garnishes
