What can I say. Avi is an amazing teacher with great communication skills and a large portion of patience. She really lets you do the work.... and also the tasting, which is just fantastic. I spent an amazing time in her class and will not want to miss her. The mousse is simply an overwhelming discovery in my baking yard and inspires to do a lot more. Please visit Avi, she is the one!!!

We had such an amazing time at the Couples Pizza Making Workshop by Misri Patisserie. The entire experience was fun, engaging, and by far one of the most enjoyable ways to spend an evening. Chef Avi is incredible in her approach, she makes the workshop lively, interactive, and so much fun from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this class to everyone and are already looking forward to joining more of their upcoming workshops. PS: A special appearance by Kiwi the cat was truly the cherry on the cake for all pet lovers!
