LADIES BADMINTON GROUP CLASSES (KARAMA)

Badminton is an exciting and dynamic sport that helps women improve their coordination, agility, and overall fitness. Our Ladies Badminton Group Classes provide a supportive and energetic environment where participants can develop their skills, whether they are beginners or have prior experience. These classes are designed to cater to different skill levels, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for every participant.

In the classes, you’ll learn the essential techniques, including grip, footwork, and the rules of the game, establishing a strong foundation for continuous growth.

• You'll improve your reflexes and hand-eye coordination through fun drills and exercises.
• Practice serving, smashing, and returning shots, building your badminton skills and precision.
• Badminton helps boost strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility, keeping you fit and healthy.

There is a one-time registration fee of AED 150, which includes a t-shirt that will be provided on the first day of the Academy.

Full refund for cancellation done by 23 Apr 2026, if no sessions have been attended. Non-refundable there after.
