Let your kids discover the joy of cooking in this exciting hands-on summer camp! From savory meals and international favorites to delicious baked treats and creative desserts, young chefs will build kitchen confidence, learn essential cooking techniques, and explore new flavors while having fun with friends. (3 Weeks, 15 Classes)

Week 1 (5 Days)

Monday, 13th July – Knife Skills & Fresh Flavors

Roasted potato salad, flavorful pasta herb salad, and essential knife skills to build confidence in the kitchen.

Tuesday, 14th July – Breakfast Fun

Spicy baked egg muffins, English muffins, and homemade chocolate pancakes for a delicious breakfast-inspired session.

Wednesday, 15th July – Sandwich Creations

Japanese-style katsu club sandwich and Bombay-style vegetable wrap with homemade tortillas.

Thursday, 16th July – Pizza Day

Mini pizzas baked from scratch, paired with soft garlic knots for the perfect Italian-inspired feast.

Friday, 17th July – Sweet Treat Celebration

Creamy chocolate mousse and delightful strawberry cream cupcakes decorated with creativity.

Week 2 (5 Days)
 

Monday, 20th July – Desi Flavor Favorites

Raita, cucumber and onion pulao, and classic butter chicken packed with comforting Indian flavors.

Tuesday, 21st July – Pasta Party

Roasted tomato pasta and oven-baked chicken parmesan, introducing campers to hearty Italian cooking.

Wednesday, 22nd July – Bake Attack

Light and colorful meringue nests topped with mango or strawberry, alongside rich chocolate muffins.

Thursday, 23rd July – Global Tastes

Fresh cucumber maki rolls and juicy chicken dumplings, exploring popular Asian-inspired dishes.

Friday, 24th July – Cake Celebration

Swiss roll cake with confetti cake base, buttercream frosting, and ganache decoration techniques.

Week 3 (5 Days)
 

Monday, 27th July – Buns, Buns, Buns

Freshly baked cheese and herb buns paired with sweet cinnamon swirl buns.

Tuesday, 28th July – Summer Fun Favorites

BBQ shredded chicken toasties and no-bake cheesecake pots, combining savory comfort food with an easy dessert.

Wednesday, 29th July – Sweet & Salty Creations

Sweet and sour chicken served with comforting tom yum coconut soup for a balance of bold flavors.

Thursday, 30th July – Chocoholic Day

Decadent molten lava cakes and double chocolate chip cookies for the ultimate chocolate experience.

Friday, 31st July – Graduation Master Chef Challenge

Campers will receive their certificates and put their skills to the test by creating a surprise dish using a mystery ingredient, showcasing the creativity and techniques they've learned throughout the camp.
