Discover the activity
Join the Fundamentals of International Cuisine class to learn the foundational techniques and principles of cooking a range of cultural cuisines, including Italian, Japanese, Mexican, Thai, and Indian dishes
The program is designed to accommodate all levels of culinary proficiency, from complete beginners to experienced hobbyists. Over the course of 15 hours (5 sessions x 3 hours), you'll receive expert instruction from professional chefs and explore a variety of cultural cuisines, all within a structured program.
Course Plan:Italalin Cuisine
- Risotto, ravioli with stuffed chicken, tomato sauce
Japanese Cuisine
- Sushi rolls, tempura, wasabi crème brulee
Mexican Cuisine
- Tortillas, tinga poblana, crema catalana
Thai Cuisine
- Chicken green curry & coconut rice, green curry paste, basil chicken wraps
Indian Cuisine
- Butter Chicken, naan, biryani
