ADULT GROUP SWIMMING CLASS (AL BARSHA 1)

Embark on a rewarding journey where you’ll master the fundamentals of swimming in a supportive and encouraging environment. Our adult swimming classes are ideal for both beginners and intermediate swimmers, with personalized guidance to help you progress at your own pace.

In our beginner sessions, you’ll become comfortable in the water, learn essential water safety skills, and practice key techniques such as floating, kicking, and basic strokes. As your confidence grows, our intermediate training will help you refine your swimming style, improve breathing control, and develop advanced skills like diving, treading water, and lap swimming.

Open for all skill levels 

Students are required to bring their own swimsuit, towel, goggles, and swim cap.

Full refund for cancellation done by 16 Apr 2026, if no sessions have been attended. Non-refundable there after.
