Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
• Late Cancellations: If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session will be counted as one full lesson and must be paid in full.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the full session fee being charged.
• Emergency Cancellations: Emergencies will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds & Make-Up Classes: No refunds or make-up classes will be provided for missed or cancelled sessions.
• Non-Transferable Lessons: Lessons are non-transferable between parents or siblings

• Students should bring their own swimsuit, towel, goggles, swim cap, and any other personal items.
• Transport Cost (Dubai): AED 100 per session
• Transport Cost (Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi): Client needs to arrange to and fro transport from Dubai to Saadiyat Island
