This break, give your young budding chefs the unique opportunity to learn Kitchen basics and cooking tips. This camp will be empowering your kids through cooking whether it be using their math skills in scaling or creativity in plating.

Week 1

8th December / MONDAY – Asian Streetfood
Crispy rice paper vegetable rolls, stir‑fry chicken noodles, chocolate soy satay noodles, yakitori chicken bites, banana toffee pudding cupcakes.

9th December / TUESDAY – Santa’s Pizza Party
Mini Christmas tree pizza, snowflake garlic knots, reindeer shaped cheesy calzone pockets, festive fruit punch.

10th December / WEDNESDAY – North Pole Bake‑off
Elf hat sugar cookies with fondant, reindeer donut holes, marshmallow snowball pops, hot chocolate log bites.

11th December / THURSDAY – Festive Winter Barbeque
Cranberry glazed chicken skewers, maple glazed winglets, winter slaw with pomegranate dressing, loaded s’mores brownies.

12th December / FRIDAY – Little Bakers
Mushroom and cheddar stuffed bread rolls, chocolate drizzle banana bread, cinnamon honey crumble buns, vanilla custard tart pots.

15th December / MONDAY – Winter Soirée
Snowman sugar pop tarts with winter berry compote, snowman margherita mini pizza, peppermint mocha mousse, vanilla and chocolate snowflake cupcakes.

16th December / TUESDAY – Christmas Pastry Wonderland
Mini cruffins with cinnamon sugar glaze, gingerbread pinwheel twists, gingerbread cream puff rings, cranberry danish swirls.

17th December / WEDNESDAY – Festive Family Feast
Nut‑free pesto Christmas tree pull‑apart pastry, roasted vegetable wreath tart, roast beef bites with gravy, sticky toffee pudding cups.

18th December / THURSDAY – Winter Diner
Crispy chicken slider melts on homemade buns, baked potato fries, hot cocoa rolls, acorn chocolate chip cookies.

19th December / FRIDAY – Santa’s Brunch Party

Raised between Lebanon and the UK, Lama has always had a passion for cooking since the age of 4. Mamalu Kitchen was inspired by Lama's 3 boys and the desire to help fellow mothers and families simplify their day-to-day lives without having to worry about feeding their family fuss-free, healthy food. The first concept launched under the Mamalu Kitchen brand in 2016 was healthy cooking classes for nannies and housekeepers, with recipes offered in their native language from traditional Arabic c .. uisine to how to cook for the ultimate dinner party. That venture was shortly followed by cooking classes for mothers/children, schools, couples, corporations, and husbands. Mamalu Kitchen is creating a cooking movement under the slogan #feedingfamilies. By engaging every single member of the household/family and various members of the community to be involved and empowered by cooking, Mamalu Kitchen is enabling a lifestyle change in the region. This "cooking movement" is leading families to live healthier and happier lives.
