    In today’s class, we created three classic desserts that highlight essential pastry techniques and textures.

    • Cheesecake Gelatin – A light, creamy dessert stabilized with gelatin for a smooth, set finish.
    • Apple Crumble – Warm spiced apples topped with a crisp, buttery crumble; a rustic and comforting treat.
    • Crème Anglaise – A silky vanilla custard sauce, perfect for pairing with cakes and fruits.

    These desserts reinforce fundamental skills that are key to mastering more advanced sweets. Great job in class!
