In today’s class, we created three classic desserts that highlight essential pastry techniques and textures.
- Cheesecake Gelatin – A light, creamy dessert stabilized with gelatin for a smooth, set finish.
- Apple Crumble – Warm spiced apples topped with a crisp, buttery crumble; a rustic and comforting treat.
- Crème Anglaise – A silky vanilla custard sauce, perfect for pairing with cakes and fruits.
