CHILDREN KUNGFU CLASS
In this class our "Little Mantis Warriors" will learn, the style QIXING TANGLANGQUAN (Seven Stars Praying Mantis). Why you should children join this class - To spend high quality time with them; - Learn how to approach new learnings and the discipline; - To bring psycho-physical benefits in their lives: reduces fat mass, tones muscles, increases strength and endurance. - Improve reactivity, speed, reflexes, agility, promotes joint mobility, coordination, balance; - This classes teaches respect, to help protect and care for others. Often we first learn to fall, so we learn that we often fall, but we always get up.
One time enrollment fee of AED 150 (including dress) to be paid directly at the time of first class
Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the class. This class takes place jointly with children and parent class.
