Excellent service from the moment of booking to the actual sessions! During the booking process, there was a small issue as the assigned trainer was male, but the support team resolved it very quickly, and everything was organized at the highest level. I booked 5 cycling sessions and was extremely satisfied with my trainer, Ellen. Highly recommended!

I learned cycling for the first time as an adult and was quite nervous at the start. My Coach Carol was very patient, calm, and encouraging. Within just two hours over two sessions, she taught me most of the basics, and I can now ride confidently without anyone’s help. Booking process was also super smooth. Customer service was great, all my questions were answered, and responses were very fast. Highly highly recommend it.
